A CCTV drain inspection involves placing a high-tech camera into a designated stormwater or sewer pipeline, in order to determine the interior condition of the drain.
Drain Surgeons have a full range of high spec camera equipment available with the ability to inspect pipes ranging in diameter from 50mm to 3 metres.
With pan & tilt features and zoom capability, no crack or minor pipe defect goes unseen. Our purpose built mobile CCTV units have an onsite office providing customers with a comprehensive report and DVD.
Our accomplished operators have all been trained in the New Zealand Pipeline Inspection Manual and adhere to the specifications outlined in the Cleanflow Asset Condition Assessment System.
CCTV Council Consent

If you are building, renovating, installing a pool or undertaking other work on your property the Council may require you to submit CCTV footage and log sheets of the drains beneath the proposed work site. This is required to determine the condition of the drain you are building over, prior to works commencing.
